2005-2010 Goals
- Increased Student Success
Improving students’ academic achievement and personal development as well as increasing the percentage of students who return for their second year.
- Increased support of the College from local, state, federal, and private constituencies and development of new revenue streams/sources.
Continually enhancing community relations through the development of programs that serve targeted constituencies. In turn, this will generate support for the campus from these constituencies and, ultimately, from state, federal, and private sources for initiatives that support the UW-B/SC’s interaction and partnerships with its community.
- Development of an increasingly exciting, innovative, and engaging community for students, staff, and faculty.
The ongoing development of campus programming and activities that engage students, staff, faculty, and community constituencies in curricular, co-curricular, and extracurricular activities.
- Continued development and support of a healthy and productive environment for faculty and staff.
A sustained dedication to our faculty and staff, with an emphasis on equity, manageable workloads, efforts to enhance staffing, a commitment to shared visioning, and the provision of a healthy work environment.
