- UW filing fee is not required if transferring from another UW institution where the application fee was previously paid and the student matriculated.
- Transcripts required if you attended a college or university after previous enrollment at UW-Baraboo/Sauk County
- After special students earn 6 credits, they are required to complete the required UW System application, pay the application fee, and submit transcripts of high school and post-secondary work. Second undergraduate degree candidates are exempted from this requirement.
- Auditors may enroll in lecture type classes only and then only on a space available basis.
- A complete application contains: application for admission, H.S. and college transcripts, ACT or SAT scores (only for new freshmen applicants under 21 years of age) and $44 application fee paid.
- If applying under the Youth Options Program, contact your high school for additional application requirements.
