Tuition Information: Payment Information
Payment Dates
All degree-seeking students are required to pay a $100.00 Advance Tuition Deposit (ATD) for Fall, Winter Term, Spring and Summer Semesters. Tuition and fees must be paid by the 8th day of classes each semester. Students who have not paid in full, enrolled in the partial payment plan or have not received a deferment from the Business Office by the due dates listed below will forfeit their $100 AdvanceTuition Deposit.

Payments will be taken in the Business Office during summer operating hours (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Wednesday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to Noon.  Payment may be made after hours using the drop box outside of the Business Office or by paying online via credit card (Discover or Master Card) or Web check. Payments left in the drop box will be processed using the date of the next day of regular Business Office hours, not the date you dropped the payment off. If you go online to pay, your transaction must be completed by midnight of the final day to pay, or late fees will be assessed to your account.

Adding Credits
Adding credits may result in additional fees and should be paid as follows:

• If you add a course during the first 2 weeks of classes, you must pay the additional tuition and fees by the 8th day of classes, as noted above.
• If you add a course after the first 2 weeks of classes, you must pay any extra fees the same day you add the course. Payment made later will be subject to assessment for late payment.

Dropping Credits/Withdrawal
If you have not paid your fees in full at the time you withdraw or drop classes, you will owe the following amount:
