UW Baraboo\Sauk County Wiscard Agreement
  1. This agreement is executed between the individual (participant) and the University of Wisconsin Baraboo Sauk County (University).
  2. The University photo ID serves as the participant's Wiscard. The card must be presented at the time of purchase and shall be the only means of accessing the participant's account.
  3. Participant must deposit funds into their account(s) before any purchases or services will be provided.
  4. Funds deposited in an account are only redeemable through the purchase of goods and services.
  5. Participant is responsible for any negative account balance they may incur.
  6. All accounts are non-transferable.
  7. Participating units, hours of operation, and pricing are subject to change.
  8. Lost or stolen cards must be immediately reported to the Business Office or the participant may inactivate their card via the Wiscard web site. The participant will be held liable for any loss incurred prior to proper notification.
  9. A Campus Cash account will remain open until a Close Account and Refund Form or a request in writing is submitted to the Business Office. All account cancellations are subject to a $10 administrative closing fee. No refund will be issued unless the account balance is greater than $2 after the administrative fee has been deducted. A University check will be mailed to the participant within 2-3 weeks after the Business Office receives the cancellation request.
  10. The University reserves the right to close any Campus Cash account that has been inactive for a period of 12 months. Refunds will be available upon request for an additional 12 months.
  11. All inquiries regarding the Campus Cash or Cafeteria Meal Plan accounts should be directed to the Business Offices located in the Aural Umhoeffer Building.
  12. Participant's use of their Wiscard provides consent to all terms and conditions


 

Wiscard partners include UW Baraboo/Sauk County, The Wisconsin Union, University Housing, DoIT, University Book Store, Facilities Planning and Management, Associated Students of Madison, L&S Copy Centers, Underground Textbook Exchange, and the General Library System.
